“EUROPE”
A VIRTUAL EXHIBITION
This collection begins from the understanding that Europe is not a fixed or singular idea, but an ongoing process marked by continuity and change. Across centuries, it has been defined by a negotiation between tradition and innovation, memory and experimentation, and the particular and the universal. Its archives, works of art, and built environments bear witness to a long history of intellectual endeavour, cultural exchange, and social inquiry.
The photographs engage with these layered histories and present realities, tracing continuities and disruptions. They reveal the networks of ideas and practices that run through the continent, while inviting reflection on questions of belonging and interrelation, with Europe emerging as a complex web of human action, thought, and reflection, open to multiple perspectives and ongoing reinterpretation.
