THE GALLERY
The Story
The story of Carlotta Gallery began with a simple thought, inspired by the way photography connects people across the world.
Photography has always felt both intimate and alive, preserving moments that speak across generations and cultures. Over time, it became clear how deeply photography influences the way we understand the world and tell our stories. This fascination with photography’s universal reach became the foundation and vision of the gallery.
Founded in 2024, Carlotta Gallery has become a space dedicated to contemporary photography from around the world, welcoming voices from every corner of the globe. It presents work by both emerging and established artists, allowing audiences to experience culture, emotion, and life reflected in every frame.
Meet the Curator
In her role as Curator, Carlotta Olympia Pompei brings a refined sensitivity to artistic expression and a profound commitment to presenting the work of both emerging and established photographers.
Her journey is defined by her upbringing across France, Italy, and the United Kingdom, where she cultivated an enduring regard for art, cultural diversity, and the natural world. Developing an early interest in photography, Carlotta began exploring the medium with curiosity and purpose, a path that ultimately led to the establishment of her own Gallery. Carlotta is devoted to presenting collections of photographs and exhibitions that celebrate the breadth of photographic talent while fostering meaningful connections within the artistic community.
She aspires to position the Gallery as a dynamic and influential platform within the field of photography, and her dedication to amplifying the voices of artists reflects her belief in the transformative influence of art.
